
- The NRP Group announced the appointment of Taylor Lindsley to Vice President of Development, Florida. - SRS Real Estate Partners completed the $5.29 million sale of Shoppes at Hunt Club, an 8,211-square-foot multi-tenant retail property located at 3301 E. Semoran Boulevard in Apopka, FL. Built in 2006 and situated on 1.48 acres, the property is fully occupied by four tenants including Firehouse Subs, Smoothie King, Spectrum, and MUV Dispensary. The buyer and seller were not disclosed.
- Rosso Development, Midtown Development, and Proper Hospitality opened the Midtown Park Residences by Proper sales gallery, offering an immersive first look at the 28-story residential tower set within Midtown’s five-acre, $2 billion mixed-use community. The project has 288 units.
- Comras Company has fully leased 33,000 square feet in The Canopy, its newly repositioned mixed-use building in the heart of Coconut Grove. The recently completed project transforms a legacy retail and fitness property into a modern workplace.
- Colliers announced the sale of Spruce Creek Shoppes, a 42,203-square-foot retail center, located along the US 27-441 corridor in the Summerfield/The Villages submarket for $13.5 million. The property is located at 17860 Southeast 109th Avenue, Summerfield, Florida. Colliers’ Tommy Isola, Harry Blyden, and Billy Weiser represented the seller, Spruce Creek Holdings, in the transaction.
