
- Colliers has hired industrial real estate broker Tom Quinlan as vice president. Quinlan will partner with Kyle Kidd and Dominic Hewitt on the industrial services team to form the Kidd Hewitt Quinlan Industrial Team. Quinlan will focus on properties across the West Florida markets. Before joining Colliers, Quinlan was part of CBRE’s West Florida Industrial team, where he played a key role in servicing a 12 million-square-foot portfolio, representing multiple institutional clients on their assets.
- Jones Foster announced that Kristine “Krissy” A. Hosman has joined the firm’s Real Estate practice group as an associate attorney. Ms. Hosman, who will be based in the West Palm Beach office, is the seventh attorney to join Jones Foster this year amid a period of growth across multiple practice groups. She is the second attorney to join the Real Estate team in 2025.
- Adirondack Capital Partners (“ACP”) announced the expansion of its real estate investment platform into Florida. As part of this expansion, Brittany Feinberg has been promoted to Partner and will lead the firm’s newly established Miami, Florida-based office, which will serve as a strategic base for connecting investors, family offices and developers to premier retail, multifamily and mixed-use transactions across the state.
- Vertical construction at The Residences at Shell Bay, a new Auberge-branded condominium inside the private 150-acre Miami enclave, has begun, with the first few levels of the 20-story tower now complete. On track to open in 2027, the project is set to deliver a unique combination of club offerings, views and amenities. Developed by Witkoff Group and PPG Development.
