Development partners The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County, EYA LLC, and Bozzuto announced that Fontina Grille will open at The Laureate, the latest multifamily phase in the Westside at Shady Grove neighborhood in Rockville, Maryland.

Fontina Grille will relocate to a 5,135-square-foot space at the corner of Columbus Avenue and Gramercy Boulevard. Delivering more than 1,100 residential units over the last decade, Westside at Shady Grove spans more than 45 acres, and the property has been transformed from an underutilized industrial site into a walkable neighborhood complete with residences, shops, restaurants, parks and more amenities.
