Foundry Commercial has acquired three Florida assisted living and memory care facilities for $52 million. The three Florida properties are located in Jacksonville, Titusville and Plant City.
The Jacksonville property, which opened in March 2023 and is located on the Northside at 1035 Starrat Road (shown), sold for $17.5 million. The Titusville community sold for $17 million, and the Plant City community sold for $17.5 million.
The seller, Rimrock Companies, was represented in the transaction by Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors.Â
All three communities will be operated by Allegro Living Management, a Foundry Commercial-affiliated company, under the company’s Alto brand.
The Florida properties are part of a five-property portfolio that changed hands in the transaction. Foundry acquired a $77.75 million portfolio that also included properties in Warner Robins and Boynton Ridge in Georgia.Â
