Four new businesses have opened at The Prairie, a mixed-use development located in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri, adding new retail and service offerings.
Developed by Mia Rose Holdings, led by Tom Kaiman and Jim Cook, The Prairie is part of a larger $65 million mixed-use community that includes five apartment buildings with 180 units, 60 villas, and neighborhood retail space. The development also features a three-story mixed-use building with 24 apartment units above, with over 15,600 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Leasing for the remaining commercial space is being handled by Adam Glosier of Scout Realty Group.
The Prairie’s commercial component is nearing full occupancy. With four new tenants now open and additional interest from local businesses, only two retail spaces remain available. New tenants now open at The Prairie include The Quarter Butcher, Beck Aesthetics, The Beauty Bar, and Katy Gelsheimer Design.
