The Hamilton Company (THC) has completed a 750-square-foot lease agreement with Fresh Monkee at 106 Cambridge St. in Boston. The quick-service shop specializes in providing healthy protein shakes as an alternative to the typical smoothie.
“Our lease agreement with Fresh Monkee brings a business to 106 Cambridge Street that strives to provide customers with delicious healthy meal options,” said Jameson Brown, chairman and CEO of THC. “The company has a great success story, and we’re pleased to have a role in its expansion in Massachusetts.”
Founded in 2014 by former competitive athlete Judy Flynn, Fresh Monkee opened its first location in Wethersfield, CT with the goal of providing healthy protein shakes. Fresh Monkee franchises have grown the company through 29 more active locations across 10 states, with plans to add more nationwide. 106 Cambridge St. is now the fifth active Fresh Monkee retail location in Massachusetts, with more slated to open soon, according to the Fresh Monkee website.
Jack Lyman of Atlantic Retail represented Fresh Monkee in leasing negotiations. THC was represented in-house by Carol Rash, director of commercial property & asset management.
