
GenCap Partners has obtained a $46.5 million loan to refinance the recently completed Park at Westover Hills Apartments in San Antonio, Texas. Completed in 2025, the Park at Westover Hills is a Class A+ multifamily community consisting of 14 buildings and 372 units at 4103 Rogers Road in San Antonio.
The project consists of studio-3-bedroom units, with unit sizes ranging from 595 to 1,693 square feet. Rents range from $1,207 – $2,673.
The property is located in San Antonio’s Far West submarket, with local access to SeaWorld, the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa, Alamo Ranch Marketplace, H-E-B and Lackland Air Force Base.Â
A Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets Real Estate Finance team led by Stuart Wernick and Drew Garrison arranged the refinancing with a floating-rate interest-only bridge loan provided by Geoff Smith and Mike Dunsheath of Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners (WDIP).
