Developer Greenberg Gibbons plans to invest $10 million in renovations at Hunt Valley Towne Centre, a Baltimore shopping and entertainment center.
The upgrades include a new plaza and significant modernizations to the Regal movie theatre. “It’s been 20 years since we’ve transformed the Hunt Valley Towne Centre into a thriving mixed-use destination, and we want to continue being the area’s top gathering place for shopping, family fun, and entertainment experiences,” said Brian Gibbons, Chairman and CEO of Greenberg Gibbons. “These investments will add a whole new level of energy and excitement for our guests.”
Recently, the 322-unit Avalon apartment complex and the 178-unit Brightview Senior Living community have opened at Hunt Valley Towne Centre. The mixed-use center is anchored by Wegmans, Regal, and Onelife Fitness, and offers retail and restaurant options, including DSW, Ulta Beauty, HomeGoods, Marshalls, Michael’s, Sammy’s Trattoria II, California Pizza Kitchen, J. Crew Factory, and Loft.
