IMC Equity Group closed on a $54 million construction loan, enabling it to begin work on Northside Town Station, a 244-unit apartment complex in Miami. The seven-story apartment building will include 15,000 square feet of retail on the ground floor. Synovus Bank provided the loan for the project at 2995 N.W. 79th St. The construction cost is $74 million.
The S. Florida Business Journal reports that 12.5% of the apartments will be workforce housing. Strategic Builders is the general contractor of the project and Realization Architects designed it. It should be completed in summer 2027. Northside Vistas units range from 622 to 1,155 square feet and rent from $2,150 to $2,625 per square feet.
It’s on the west side of IMC’s Northside Shopping Center, which has tenants such as Presidente Supermarket and Planet Fitness.
