
Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap dedicated to serving the company’s institutional clients, said Monday that retail investment advisor Philip Levy has joined IPA as an executive managing director in Dallas. In his new role, Levy will execute retail property transactions on behalf of major private and institutional investors throughout Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Oklahoma City and Tulsa.

Levy has 22 years of experience handling acquisitions and dispositions for clients, including Principal Asset Management, Phillips Edison, Crow Holdings, Rainier Partners, CenterSquare Investment Management, AlbaneseCormier, Victory Group and Levcor.
