One more state is looking at the checkered flag and the winner’s circle when it comes to protecting its race tracks. Kansas is about to become the third state to pass legislation meant to protect race tracks from lawsuits and other actions meant to drive them out of business. The neighbors who buy a house next to a track and then complain about the noise are about to get muffled.
