Kilroy Realty has executed a 52,000-square-foot office lease with Foster Garvey at West8, the company’s LEED Platinum and ENERGY STAR-certified office tower in Seattle’s Denny Regrade neighborhood.
Foster Garvey will occupy space spanning two and a half floors at West8 under a 13-year lease, with occupancy expected to commence in Q3 2027. Founded in 1904, Foster Garvey is a full-service law firm with approximately 150 attorneys practicing across offices in Seattle, Portland, Washington D.C., New York, Spokane and Tulsa.
Completed in late 2024, West8’s comprehensive renovation introduced a grand new arrival experience and a best-in-class amenities floor designed to support modern, flexible workstyles. The 28-story, 535,395-square-foot tower features floor-to-ceiling glass, as well as fitness and conference facilities.
