Oak Brook, Illinois-based Krusinski Construction Company (KCC) has started work on a tenant build-out for Cooper&Hunter within the recently completed IAC – Wintergreen development in Hutchins, Texas.
Cooper&Hunter will occupy the remaining 266,788 square feet of the facility, with improvements to support its operational needs. Wintergreen Distribution Center is a 560,030-square-foot, multi-tenant speculative industrial building built by KCC.
This development was KCC’s first ground-up project in the state of Texas. Cooper&Hunter’s improvement project marks the 20th project in partnership with IAC Properties, ranging from ground-ups to renovations to tenant improvements.
“We are excited to provide Cooper&Hunter with a tailored space to support their mechanical logistics operation within the Wintergreen Distribution Center facility,” said KCC’s Senior Project Manager Ryan Lehman.
Located less than 15 minutes south of Dallas, the facility will include a total of 7,351 square feet of buildout space split between two office blocks to service both typical office and warehouse demand with capacity for additional growth.
