Amaris, part of Phase 2 at the Southwest Waterfront’s The Wharf development, has officially sold out all 96 of the property’s units.
The development opened in 2022, and condo units have consistently driven the highest sales prices in D.C. In 2023, a penthouse that sold for $12.76 million broke the record for the most expensive condo sale in the District. The average selling price was $2.5 million.
Designed by the late, world-renowned architect, Rafael Viñoly, the 12-story, 96-unit waterfront condominium residence features interiors designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen. At The Wharf, Amaris was developed by Hoffman & Associates, a prominent real estate developer across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.
The Wharf is a $3.6 billion, world-class, mixed-use waterfront neighborhood located along the Washington Channel of the Potomac River. The development is home to over 80 restaurants and shops, four hotels, and thousands of residents and workers.
