Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of North Town Storage, a 402-unit self-storage property in Fremont, Ohio.
“There continues to be demand for stabilized self-storage facilities across large, medium and tertiary markets,” said Nathan Coe, senior managing director. “This was a great process that saw multiple competitive offers and ultimately sold to a large, out-of-state owner-operator.”
Nathan Coe, Brett Hatcher and Gabriel Coe, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a Columbus-based group, and procured the buyer.
North Town Storage is situated on 7.46 acres at 523 Adam St. Built in 1998, the facility includes 332 non-climate-controlled units and 70 outdoor parking spaces, totaling 64,400 net rentable square feet. The property includes a recently added management office.
