
Shorehaven, a 722-unit Tempe Town Lake rental community, will allow renters to move in on April 15th. The residences are part of the $1.8 billion South Pier development.
Monthly rents range from $2,025 for a studio unit to $5,700 for a three-bedroom unit. 26,000 square feet of retail will be on the complex’s ground floor. The project will have 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space.
Silverstein Properties is the developer, and Clayco is heading up construction.
The McBride Cohen Co. is helming the South Pier project which will include hotels, high-rise office space and a multi-acre entertainment district that will include restaurants, bars and clubs, concert venues, fountain shows and a Ferris wheel.
The entire development is expected to take 15 years to build out.
