Nationwide Realty Investors announced that renovations are nearing completion at the 20-acre Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center in Lewis Center, Ohio.
The property, which has operated under various names since the 1950s, will be rebranded later this summer as The Ohioan Hotel & Event Center. The project includes a full overhaul of the event center, featuring modernized ballrooms, expanded gathering spaces, a private outdoor courtyard, and upgraded technology throughout. The guestrooms and suites are being redesigned with nature-inspired interiors and sophisticated finishes. A refresh of the 2,000-square-foot pub is slated for fall.
“This comprehensive renovation will establish The Ohioan as one of Ohio’s premier destinations,” said Brian J. Ellis, President of Nationwide Realty Investors. The property includes a 20-acre hotel and event center located just 20 minutes from downtown Columbus, Ohio. The property features 193 guestrooms, two signature ballrooms and flexible event spaces that accommodate 10-400 guests.
