Zoocade, a family activity center with award-winning hologram technology for lifelike animal encounters, adventure rooms, an arcade and unique holographic photos, has leased 32,900 square feet of space at 11000 Middle Fiskville Road near its intersection with E. Braker Lane, for its first location.
Nick Naumann, James Van Trease and David Ruwwe with Weitzman handled negotiations.
Zoocade, which opened in Austin recently, offers hologram technology that earned Time Magazine’s Invention of the Year. The venue also hosts birthday parties, group events, field trips and more. Step inside an immersive holographic world where you can play interactive games with dinosaurs, monsters, and underwater creatures. Zoocade’s hologram rooms use interactive projection technology that lets players explore digital worlds using motion wands and 3D glasses. Â
Zoocade’s normal hours are Thursdays from 5-8 pm, Fridays 10 am to 9 pm, and Saturdays and Sundays, from 9 am to 9 pm.Â
