This is the simplest recipe you can make the Ninja Creami Deluxe, Alphonso Mango Sorbet. I can’t even call this a recipe but I can highly recommend that you make this and keep it on constant rotation in your freezer. If you need a vegan and dairy free frozen treat, you can’t beat this one.
You can make your own mango puree or just use store bought ready made mango puree. I had a choice of Kesar mango or Alphonso mango puree. Of course Alphonso mango is the more fragrant and delicious option.

To make this Alphonso mango sorbet, you just need a big cam of this magno puree. Freeze it for 24 hours and run it on the sorbet function. As with other previous sorbet recipes, you need to respin it as the first run results in a powdery sorbet.
You can serve this on its own after a meal as a dessert or as part of a tropical fruit ice cream sundae. To make it fancier, top it with cubes of fresh mango, kiwi fruit or pineapple.
You could use this mango puree to make mango lassi or Indian kulfi.
Why you should get a Ninja Creami Deluxe
It makes the most fabulous frozen treats with minimal effort. You can read more about this new type of ice cream machine here.

The Ninja Creami containers are small enough to fit into a regular freezer, this is especially important for Londoners in flats who don’t have massive freezers. Besides ice cream, you can make frozen drinks like milkshakes, slushies and frozen cocktails like frozen margaritas.
There are endless recipes you can make with this piece of kit, just let your imagination run wild. I have listed some below for you to try. Let me know if you do and tag me with #ecxcooks
