Nonprofit organization Fedcap has signed a new 37,760-square-foot lease for its new headquarters at 39 Broadway in Manhattan’s Financial District. The company occupies the entire second and third floors of the 37-story Art Deco office tower under a six-year lease agreement, marking the largest tenancy currently in the building.
Founded more than 90 years ago, Fedcap is a global nonprofit organization that develops scalable solutions to advance economic mobility and create pathways to sustainable employment. Its new headquarters space at 39 Broadway will support its continued growth and expanding operations in New York City.
“Organizations focused on public service and community impact increasingly see value in being located in the heart of Lower Manhattan,” said Avi Schron, principal of Cammeby’s, owner of 39 Broadway. “Fedcap’s mission-driven work and longstanding commitment to expanding economic opportunity make them an exceptional addition to the building.”
Brian Siegel of The Lawrence Group represented landlord and tenant.
