
Norris & Stevens, Inc. announced a significant transition in its shareholder structure. Todd Vandomelen and Tom McDowell have officially stepped down as shareholders. While no longer shareholders within the firm, they will continue to provide brokerage services for the foreseeable future.
At the same time, Norris & Stevens welcomed six new shareholders from within the firm: Luis Martin del Campo, Vice President, Retail Properties; Tim Budelman, Vice President, Commercial Properties; Marshall Ellis, CPM, Executive Vice President of Commercial Property Management; Bruce Soihr, Senior Commercial Property Manager; Patrick Nicholes, Chief Financial Officer; and Brett Shockey, CPM, Senior Multi-family Asset Manager.
