Oracle Corp. is working with Nobu Hospitality to build a 126-room hotel on the south end of its planned sprawling Cumberland River campus. The Nashville Business Journal reports Oracle has already spent $379 million assembling 76 acres of land for the soon-to-be company headquarters. Â
The buildings tally more than 2 million square feet of space, divided among office, retail, and the hotel. The hotel will be situated adjacent to a new apartment and retail development by MRP Realty, and is close to Topgolf. The hotel will include a restaurant on the lobby level as well as a spa and an infinity pool on the rooftop.
Oracle originally estimated its Nashville campus would cost $1.35 billion, although that price tag is now likely to exceed $2 billion, given the more extensive campus development depicted in the new renderings and accounting for the impact of four years of inflation, as well as tariffs affecting the construction industry. Oracle is still finalizing a construction timeline.
