- Overfinch is celebrating its 50th anniversary with an ultra-exclusive Range Rover.
- The new SUV is expected to be the most expensive Range Rover ever made.
- Pricing of some existing Overfinch models start at more than $457,000 in the UK.
For more than fifty years, Overfinch has been building some of the most remarkable Land Rover-based models on the planet, including the current Range Rover as well as classic models from a bygone era, bringing them into the modern world. Now, it is preparing a new centerpiece, one that promises to be the most valuable and costly Range Rover it has ever produced.
The upcoming model is being crafted in celebration of Overfinch’s 50th anniversary. Development falls under the brand’s Heritage division, with a public unveiling scheduled for 2026.

Limited details are known about the new model, but it will be “the most valuable Range Rover by Overfinch to date, if not the most expensive ever sold.” There’s no word on which specific era the model will be based on, but it’ll likely be one of the first-generation models that Land Rover originally produced between 1969 and 1996.
Overfinch is no stranger to making very expensive Range Rover Classics. One of its recent models, known as the Field Edition, costs upwards of £340,000 ($457,000) and the promise of this new model being even more expensive, potentially reaching towards the £400,000 ($537,000) mark, if not even higher, will push the vehicle deep into Rolls-Royce and mid-engined supercar territory.
Despite the high price tags of its creations, Overfinch recently told Piston Heads that the business is thriving, thanks in part to ongoing expansions in North America and the Middle East.
“As proud custodians of the Overfinch brand for the past two decades, we are delighted to mark 50 years as the original customizers of the world’s most iconic SUVs,” company boss Arthur Silverton said.
“As we enter the last quarter of 2025, we report stellar business performance and growth for the last financial year,” he added. “We’ve achieved healthy profits and continue to invest in product development, in our Heritage business and in developing international sales channels in key regions such as North America and the Middle East.”
Alongside its anniversary model, Overfinch has also joined forces with British gunmaker Holland & Holland. Together they plan to produce what is being described as “the most luxuriously enhanced Range Rover ever built,” signaling that the company’s 50th year will be marked by more than one headline project.
