Revere Capital completed The Hill, a $65 million, 149-unit Class A multifamily community in Los Alamos, New Mexico. The project reached completion after Revere assumed control during construction in 2025 and worked directly with Los Alamos County and the project’s general contractor to drive the development to a stabilized outcome.
“The Hill reflects what we built Revere to do — move into situations where execution has broken down, apply real capital and real attention, and produce an outcome that works for everyone at the table,” said Revere’s Clark Briner.
The Hill, which is near the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), has a unit mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes with rents from $2,400 to $4,200 per month.
The Hill’s amenity package includes a modern clubhouse, fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, and ramada with outdoor kitchens.
