
Rockefeller Group revealed Alina, the tallest residential and mixed-use tower in Atlanta, at 60 stories, delivering 357 rental residences. The residences top out at 749 feet.
Upon completion, Alina’s residences will include a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts, as well as loft and penthouse units featuring private parking.
In addition to its residences, Alina will offer more than an acre of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. Highlights include an athletic club with strength and cardio training areas, full-service locker rooms, and private spa treatment rooms, saunas, frost lockers, and recovery spaces. Residents will enjoy an indoor Yoga and Pilates studio, a private training studio, a dedicated recovery zone, and an outdoor Pickleball court. The clubroom features two fireplace lounges, billiards, shuffleboard, an entertaining kitchen, a golf simulator, and an indoor/outdoor porch lounge. Additionally, a one of a kind dog run will be included on the 20th floor with panoramic city views.
