Commercial bank Rockland Trust plans to expand its office space at 120 Liberty St. in Brockton, MA. The bank, which has occupied the two top floors since 2008, will redevelop the first floor into a training facility and call center.
Construction is underway, with December completion targeted. The first floor of 120 Liberty was previously occupied by the IRS, which relocated to 103 Commercial St. in Brockton in December 2024.
“By investing in dedicated spaces for training and collaboration, we are creating meaningful opportunities to nurture talent, strengthen relationships, and ensure our values continue to guide how we work,” said Jeffrey Tengel, president and CEO of Rockland Trust. “Brockton has played an important role in our story for many years, and we’re excited to deepen our presence within this vibrant community.”
The expansion follows Rockland Trust’s lease of 140,000 square feet of office space at One Technology Place in Rockland.
