When Rolls-Royce showed its Starlight Headliner for the first time so many years ago, it caught the attention of pretty much everyone. Few things are as serene as looking up into a starry sky, and we’ll give credit where it’s due. Plumbing the roof of a Phantom with 800 tiny lights is artistic and brilliant. These days, some projects can exceed 2,000 lights. And now, there’s a special Cullinan that mixes them in with a nighttime sky straight out of science fiction.
