
RSK Real Estate Partners is building a 156-unit build-to-rent community on Morton Ranch Road in Katy. The Houston Business Journal reports the company recently bought a 9.37-acre parcel near the H-E-B-anchored market in the Morton Ranch Development. RSK plans to build a mix of two- and three-bedroom duplexes: 103 three-bedroom rental homes and 53 two-bedroom rental units, with homes averaging about 1,600 square feet. The first rental homes should be ready for move-in by late summer 2026.
NewQuest’s Rick Ragan and Glenn Dickerson represented RSK. Matthew Davis and Kristen McDade of Cushman & Wakefield represented Morton Ranch Development, the property seller. Morton Ranch Development is developing the 158,171-square-foot Market at Katy Park.
The property is across the street from Katy Park, a 100-acre county youth sports complex with baseball and soccer fields.
