Marking its first deal in the U.S., YODA PLC has completed its acquisition of the Transamerica Pyramid Center in San Francisco, including the skyline-defining Transamerica Pyramid. The seller was an investment group led by New York City-based SHVO.
YODA said the acquisition price was $725 million, and included the final discounted price of $691.6 million for the properties and a $34-million settlement with asset manager Michael Shvo and the entities Shvo Group LLC, Shvo Property Management LLC and Shvo Brokerage LLC. A source familiar with the deal told Connect CRE that Eastdil Secured advised YODA on the acquisition.
“The acquisition of the Transamerica Pyramid Center represents a very strategic milestone for YODA PLC in 2026,” said Alon Bar, CEO of YODA. “We are investing in the United States, the largest and most sophisticated real estate market in the world, on this most sought-after landmark in San Francisco.”
