
Sansone Group in partnership with Principal Asset Management, announced the launch of Phase Two of the Austin Hills Commerce Center.
This multi-phase development spans approximately 134 acres and has capacity for over 1.35 million square feet of industrial space. Off Highway 130, the site is 11 miles from downtown Austin and just five minutes from Tesla’s 2,500-acre campus and 10M-square-foot Gigafactory.
Phase Two will include one Class A industrial building totaling approximately 682,000 square feet. Sansone suggests this next phase targets a segment of the market with limited available supply.
Sansone Group and Principal Asset Management also collaborated on Phase One. The firm has retained Stream Realty Partners to lead leasing and marketing efforts. Sam Owen and Luke Watson from Stream Realty Parnters are leading the marketing efforts.
Construction is scheduled to begin in March 2026. Burton Construction will return as general contractor.
