
CBRE arranged the $26.5-million sale of La Roca Plaza, a 100-unit multifamily property located at 10032 N. Magnolia Ave. in Santee. Casa La Roca Apartments LLC acquired the property from La Roca Plaza LP. CBRE’s Conor Brennan and Rachel Parson represented both buyer and seller.
