Seagis has acquired a 200,175-square-foot manufacturing facility near Medley for $48.8 million. The seller was Intradeco Apparel, which used the building as its headquarters and warehouse.
The South Florida Business Journal reports the warehouse last traded for $10.25 million in 2001, the same year it was completed on the 10.8-acre site. It’s located just east of Florida’s Turnpike.
Founded in 1982, Intradeco Apparel manufactures apparel and textiles. Most of its production facilities are in El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala. Its licensing partners include Wrangler, Fruit of the Loom and Guy Harvey.
As for the buyer, Seagis has been active in Miami-Dade County recently, having purchased a Doral warehouse for $20.4 million in September 2025.
