Seefried Industrial Properties with Clarion Partners has purchased an infill industrial development site in South Orlando from the Orlando Utilities Commission for $46.25 million. The team plans to develop the Orlando Infill Logistics Center on the 168.3-acre property, located on Wetherbee Road near Orlando International Airport. Clarion will be the equity partner, while Seefried will oversee the site’s development.
Joe Rossi, Lee Morris, Jeff Morris and Bret Felberg of Colliers represented the seller in the transaction. Seefried represented themselves.
Seefried’s Clay Thompson added, “The park’s flexibility for both speculative and build-to-suit development makes it an exceptional long-term opportunity.”
Plans for developing the Orlando Infill Logistics Center at the site include 1.5 million square feet of new industrial space across up to nine buildings, but with multiple site plans available to accommodate buildings ranging in size from 69,300 square feet to 1.2 million square feet. Construction is slated to begin in early 2026.
