Skanska’s 25-story office tower in downtown Bellevue, The Eight, has signed two retail tenants.
Chipotle Mexican Grill has signed a lease to occupy approximately 1,877 square feet in a retail pavilion space within the building’s public plaza at the corner of Northeast Eighth Street and 108th Avenue Northeast. The restaurant is expected to open in late 2026.
Sabine Cafe & Bar will occupy about 3,016 square feet in the building’s southeastern retail space along NE 8th St., connected to the tower’s lobby lounge. Sabine is scheduled to open this summer.
The Eight, developed and constructed by Skanska, broke ground in 2021 and is part of a larger mixed-use project in downtown Bellevue. The tower includes approximately 11,000 square feet of retail space, with more than 6,000 square feet still available for lease. Pokémon Company International serves as the anchor tenant, occupying approximately 374,000 square feet across 16 floors.
