BMW Canada has just revealed a special edition 5 Series sedan. The Canadian Bimmer doesn’t come with a moose-hide cabin, beaver tail seats, or anything at all related to maple syrup. Nor is it as in-your-face Canadian as the recent Porsche 911 GT3 RS that was auctioned off for a good cause decked out in red, white, and maple. For that, we’re soory. What it does come with is an engine you can’t get in the country any other way and a vintage 5 Series throwback paint color that’s not available on a 5er in the US or Canada on any other version of the latest BMW mid-sized sports sedan.
