1100 Peachtree, a 28-story Atlanta office building in midtown Atlanta, has been sold to Spear Street Capital, that’s according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
Spear Street could pay what is estimated to be around $130 million for the roughly 585,000-square-foot tower. Manulife US Real Estate Investment Trust currently owns the tower. It purchased 1100 Peachtree in May 2016 for $175 million.
JLL has been marketing the property. The company says the tower is 75% occupied.
The largest tenant is law firm Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, which occupies the top seven floors and more than 140,000 square feet. The lobby and exterior spaces are being renovated.
