- Jason Lentz has joined Conor Commercial Real Estate as Senior Vice President – Multi-Family. Lentz will oversee the firm’s multi-family development initiatives in Texas and the greater southwestern United States. Lentz comes to Conor with 26 years of experience in multi-family real estate, including the development, design, financing, management, and construction of 3,500 units with a market capitalization in excess of $800 million.
- Mohr Partners, added Jeff York and Shawn Hall, two senior tenant representation brokers. With York and Hall on board, Mohr Partners now has more than 30 brokerage and transaction professionals in its Dallas headquarters. The firm plans to double that number within the next three to five years through targeted recruitment.

- S3 Capital announced the opening of a new Dallas office as the New York-based firm continues to expand its footprint across the U.S. Jonathan Hart is joining S3 Capital as Managing Director of Origination in the Dallas office to enhance the firm’s presence in Texas and the Sunbelt. He will focus on sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and closing new loan opportunities in the region. Mr. Hart has over a decade of experience in the industry.
- Trademark Property Company (Trademark) announces the hiring of Sarah Uren as Vice President, Ancillary Revenue. Uren will be responsible for evolving Trademark’s specialty leasing program and overseeing short-term, experiential pop-ups and other ancillary revenue opportunities across Trademark’s retail and mixed-use portfolio.Â
