
- Concord Summit Capital (“CSC”) is expanding into the Dallas–Fort Worth market with the appointments of Michael Laurencelle as Senior Managing Director and Tom Laurencelle as Managing Director. Both previously served as Managing Directors in Capital Markets at JLL before joining Concord Summit. The Laurencelles are responsible for originating, structuring and executing commercial real estate debt and equity financing transactions across multiple asset classes, including multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, industrial, self-storage, BTR’s, and mixed-use properties.
- Partners Real Estate appointed Doug Madeley as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Mr. Madeley will lead the company’s financial strategy, including capital allocation, financial operations, reporting, risk management, and strategic planning to support Partners’ continued rapid growth and expansion of its fully integrated commercial real estate services, investments, and development platform.
- Eric Crutchfield has joined Savills as Vice Chairman in its Dallas office. His addition accelerates the firm’s growth across Texas and strengthens its industrial advisory capabilities in one of the nation’s most active industrial and logistics markets. Crutchfield’s appointment reflects the firm’s continued investment in its Texas industrial platform and strengthens the firm’s senior advisory capabilities in Dallas.
- The NRP Group and Texoma Housing Partners announced the grand opening of Sutton Flats, a 300-unit mixed-income community in the heart of Sherman, Texas. Half of the residences are reserved for households earning up to 80 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI). Located at 10001 Cedar Creek Drive in South Sherman, residents of Sutton Flats will enjoy amenities such as a fitness center, co-working space with conference rooms, a game room, a clubhouse and lounge, a pool, and a dog park.
- Yetter Coleman signed a lease for two floors in JPMorgan Chase Tower at 600 Travis St. downtown, the firm said March 2. The law firm is currently based at 811 Main St. and expects to move later this spring. Yetter Coleman will occupy 43,906 square feet at JPMorgan Chase Tower, nearly doubling its current 24,494-square-foot office space.
