- CBRE arranged the sale of Deerbrook Plaza Shopping Center, a 219,481-square-foot Class A shopping center at 9715-9813 F.M. 1960 Bypass Road in Humble, Texas. CBRE’s Matt Berry, Robbie Kilcrease and Drew Reinking represented Shervin Mateen, owner of Cannon/Unimat Commercial, the seller, in the transaction. MS Retail DP, LLC was the buyer.
- Stream Realty Partners promoted Jeremy Lumbreras to Managing Director of its industrial division in Houston. In his new role, Lumbreras will co-lead the Houston industrial team alongside Managing Director Tyler Maner while continuing to execute transactions and identify opportunities through project leasing, tenant representation, acquisitions, dispositions, and development.
- JLL Capital Markets relocated Senior Director Witt Westbrook to Dallas and the addition of Rob Ellwood as Director in the Austin office. Both Ellwood and Westbrook will be part of JLL’s National Capital Markets Industrial group, led by Senior Managing Directors Trent Agnew and John Huguenard. Senior Director Witt Westbrook will relocate from Austin to Dallas by year-end to strengthen JLL’s presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth industrial market.
- SEEBERGER Architecture named Brandon Seeberger as Director of Business. Seeberger holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. Seeberger will guide SEEBERGER Architecture’s growth, mentor teams, and support strategic initiatives to expand the firm’s presence across the region.
-  JLL Capital Markets arranged the refinancing for The Albright, a brand-new 261-unit luxury apartment community in Austin, Texas. JLL represented the borrower, ParkProperty Capital, to secure a floating-rate loan through ACRE. The JLL Capital Markets team was led by Elliott Throne, Josh Odessky and Jayme Nelson.
- John Darrow has joined SRS Real Estate Partners as Executive Vice President & Managing Principal in Dallas. In this role, Darrow will lead Debt & Equity within SRS Capital Markets, expanding the firm’s ability to deliver comprehensive financing solutions to owners, investors, and developers nationwide.
