Ever since the widely-accepted first true supercar was produced, the 1966 Lamborghini Miura, several automakers have been involved in producing supercars of their own. Of course, there are a few brands many are familiar with that have produced a litany of supercars, such as McLaren, starting with the F1, through the P1, and up to the current W1, plus everything that came in between. And need we say more about Ferrari’s illustrious supercar history? Supercar production hasn’t just been limited to Europe, either, as other brands like Lexus and Ford have made their own, too. This leads us to Ford, but not to the Ford GT you might expect.
