At one time, a trip along a typical American interstate would reveal a kaleidoscope of colors. You’d see vehicles of almost every hue imaginable, from deep burgundy coupes to teal SUVs, from forest green family sedans to gold luxury barges. While those shades seemed to make sense in that era, and nothing seemed really over the top, that colorful cavalcade has slowly but surely faded away.
