
Eat Just, best known for plant-based eggs and cultivated meat, has made its first foray into plant-based meat.
This week also saw funding announcements from alt-silk-maker AMSilk, wasabi vertical farming company NextAGE, and biotech startup BoobyBiome, which is engineering a breast milk alternative and wins the award this week for best company name.
In regenerative agriculture, PepsiCo and National Geographic jointly launched a new program to heighten awareness around the concept, while the Rainforest Alliance announced a new regen ag certification for coffee.
