When it comes to performance, two things reign supreme: power and weight. With enough horsepower, you can overcome almost any performance hurdle, but there’s no real replacement for a lightweight car. Usually, when parsing through your options on the market, you can have one or the other, but it’s rare to find a truly lightweight vehicle with enough performance under the hood to get you in trouble.
