Porsche might be readying a new variant of the 911, at least if these patent images are to be believed. Filed yesterday with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the new design seems to showcase even more aggressive aerodynamics than the 911 GT3 RS, leading us to believe that if it does indeed preview a new trim level for the sports car, it’s going to be mega. The new front end could be destined for an even more aggressive GT3 model, or it could even herald the return of the turbocharged, rear-wheel-drive, hypercar-slaying Porsche 911 GT2.
