A TikTok influencer who spent the past year dodging police has finally been caught. The 24-year-old had been scheduled to appear before Guildford Magistrates’ Court in November last year to answer several driving-related charges stemming from the March crash.
Despite the severity of the incident, which left his friend and fellow influencer General G injured in the passenger seat, Sullivan reportedly fled the scene on foot.
The Vanishing Act
Authorities have been pursuing Sullivan ever since he failed to show up for his hearing. Over the past year, he is believed to have spent considerable time living and traveling in the Middle East. At one point, he was even expected to take part in an influencer boxing match in Qatar.
During his time abroad, Sullivan also took to social media to repeatedly mock the ongoing investigation, posting videos that appeared to show him in Essex, even though he was thought to be thousands of miles away.
But, as is so often the case, Sullivan discovered that you can only run from the law for so long, and last Friday, he was arrested after returning to the UK, the BBC reports.

The Crash
Images shared online after the March 2024 crash showed that the entire front end of the McLaren was destroyed after it slammed into an Audi. Sullivan’s passenger, General G, was filmed rolling around in pain next to the crash after the crash, but HS was nowhere to be seen.
He now faces multiple charges, including driving without third-party insurance, using a mobile phone while driving, failing to stop at the scene of an accident, and dangerous driving.
Despite his legal troubles, Sullivan has previously claimed to earn more than $25 million a year through his online ventures. Even so, given the seriousness of the charges, he might finally have found a bill big enough to make a dent in those profits.
Given the severity of the charges, he has no other choice. And, besides, he should be able to afford them anyway.
