
Tishman Speyer has bought its third Nashville property, most recently the 25-story residential tower at 2010 West End. The Nashville Business Journal reports that it had previously bought two SoBro properties.
Tishman Speyer paid $112 million for the 2010 West End tower. The seller is associated with Flow Global Holdings, which paid $158 million for the building in December 2021.
The tower consists of 358 units, which comes out to roughly $313,000 per apartment.
Tishman Speyer has developed multiple buildings around the world, and has owned famous buildings and land plots, including the Rockefeller Center, Chrysler Building and numerous other high-profile properties.
