Toyota Racing Development is Toyota’s in-house tuning division, which has produced special edition models, parts and accessories, and race cars for NASCAR, The World Endurance Championship, and others. You could previously purchase TRD-tuned cars, crossovers, and trucks from Toyota, including vehicles like the Avalon TRD, Camry TRD, RAV TRD Off-Road, Tundra TRD, and even a Solara with a supercharged V6 engine. But that is no longer the case for cars and crossovers.
