Edloe Realty acquired Greenhouse Medical Plaza at 2051 Greenhouse Road near Energy Corridor from Transwestern. Transwestern previously purchased and converted the 114,413-square-foot Greenhouse building into a medical plaza in 2018.Â
Sabrina Solomiany and Vasili Davos of Berkadia represented Transwestern and its partner, Austin-based Virtus Real Estate, in the sale. Frost Bank was the lender. Partners Real Estate will work with Edloe on property management for Greenhouse. Transwestern will still handle leasing for Greenhouse through Justin Brasell and Chris Boyd.
Edloe is affiliated with the Edloe Health clinic network in the Houston area.
The Houston Business Journal reports Transwestern’s fourth-quarter 2025 market report for the Houston area showed that medical outpatient properties saw direct vacancies grow 40 basis points year over year, with total availability increasing to 16.7%. The report attributed the trend to tenants choosing newer, smaller options in the suburbs.
