The Tulalip Resort Casino has completed a $60 million renovation, including a 70,250-square-foot expansion, upgraded guest rooms and suites, a redesigned lobby, expanded meeting spaces, and a refreshed casino floor.
The renovations bring the casino’s total square footage to 270,250. It’s part of a multi-year construction project scheduled for completion in late 2026. The expansion also added more than 400 additional slot machines, bringing the total to more than 2,600.
The resort, owned and operated by the Tulalip Tribes of Washington, is located just north of Everett. The update marks the largest investment in the property since its original construction in 2008. The casino opened in 2003 at a cost of $78 million. A 12-story hotel with 370 guest rooms was added in 2008. The property also has 30,000 square feet of event space, a full-service spa and a 3,000-seat amphitheater.
