Two Trees Management announced that its One Domino Square, Williamsburg’s tallest residential building, is now 70% sold and has surpassed $300 million in sales. Since sales launched in May 2024, 112 residences at One Domino Square have closed or entered contract.
Among these transactions is the $7-million sale of Penthouse 3A, which holds the record for the most expensive sponsor sale in North Brooklyn history by price per square foot ($3,313). The building has claimed the title of New York City’s fastest-selling building for more months than any other new development since its launch, according to Two Trees.Â
“We’re steadily approaching sell-out at One Domino Square, a testament to the strong demand from buyers drawn to its thoughtful design, sweeping views, and unmatched amenities,” said Aaron Goed, sales director at One Domino Square. “That momentum speaks not only to the building itself, but to Domino Park and the surrounding waterfront neighborhood as one of New York City’s most sought-after and dynamic residential destinations.”
